Terms of Use

These terms apply to every visit to Craighead County Court Docket. By browsing or using the site, a visitor agrees to the conditions below. Anyone who does not accept them should stop using the site.

1. What This Website Is

Craighead County Court Docket is a privately operated reference resource. It is not part of Craighead County, the State of Arkansas, the Second Judicial Circuit, a clerk’s office, or any court. It does not maintain Search ARCourts or an official docketing system.

2. Informational Use Only

Material is offered for general information. Official case status, settings, documents, and certified copies must be obtained from the Craighead County Circuit Clerk, County Clerk, appropriate District Court Clerk, or other originating court. Arkansas judicial records are accessed under Administrative Order 19; the Arkansas Freedom of Information Act, Ark. Code §25-19-101 et seq., applies to covered public records but does not turn this private site into an official custodian.

3. Rules for Using This Site

Visitors may use the site only for lawful purposes. They may not:

  • Try to disrupt, overload, or defeat site security
  • Use automated means to copy or scrape content without permission
  • Misrepresent affiliation with the site or an Arkansas court
  • Submit harmful code or interfere with another visitor
  • Use content in a way prohibited by law or these terms

4. We Are Not a Consumer Reporting Agency

Craighead County Court Docket is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. Content from this site or a linked tool may not be used for any FCRA-regulated decision, including credit, employment, tenant screening, or insurance eligibility. The service is limited to public court information and official-source routing.

5. No Legal Advice

Nothing published here creates an attorney-client relationship or constitutes legal advice. Questions about rights, deadlines, filings, or strategy should be taken to a licensed Arkansas attorney or the court where the matter is pending.

6. Accuracy Is Not Guaranteed

Reasonable efforts are made to present useful information, but no promise is made that every page, address, fee, procedure, link, partner result, or docket detail is complete, current, secure, or error free.

  • Government pages and outside services may change or become unavailable.
  • Cases may be filed, amended, sealed, dismissed, or reopened.
  • Settings may be continued, reset, or canceled.
  • Partner search results may be incomplete or mismatched.

A current court date or case outcome must be verified with the clerk or court that keeps the original record.

7. Third-Party Services and Links

Links and embedded tools lead to systems outside our control. We are not responsible for a third party’s content, security, availability, prices, results, privacy practices, or terms. A visitor should review the destination’s rules before using it.

8. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, site text, graphics, logos, and code belong to Craighead County Court Docket or its licensors. No one may reproduce, distribute, adapt, or republish that material without permission.

9. Limits on Our Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by Arkansas law, the site and its operators are not liable for loss or damage arising from use of the site, inability to use it, reliance on its content, or use of any linked service.

10. Indemnification

A visitor agrees to defend and hold the site and its operators harmless from claims, demands, costs, and reasonable legal fees resulting from that visitor’s unlawful use or violation of these terms.

11. Governing Law

Arkansas law governs these terms. Any dispute arising from use of the site must be brought in a court with proper jurisdiction in the State of Arkansas.
